Context:

Understanding bird’s and animal’s anatomy is an essential part in drawing an expressive character. Studying it in a scientific environment helps understanding the figure’s shape and texture.

Watercolor and colored pencils in a 21/29 cm sketchbook.

Project from the second year of studies at the National University of Arts in Bucharest, BA in Graphic Arts. The drawings were made during visits at The National Museum of Natural History “Grigore Antipa”, Bucharest
